Wondering how else to support your dancer during busy holiday performances?🩰🎄🥜
✨Here’s 3 easy things to remember!
1. Make sure they are getting enough SLEEP so their body can recover during those 8+ hours!
2. Support their dancing with enough snacks and meals that have adequate carbs, protein, and fats to keep up with their intensity! Don’t forget to hydrate too!
3. Utilize specific warm-up and cool down exercises to keep those muscles happy before and after dancing!
