Welcome to some exciting updates on my Mindful Energies page!
I have been a practicing Reiki Master for the past six years. I started my practice in the Charlotte area just before Covid; in my home. When physical contact was no longer an option; I started working with my clients using what’s called “Long Distance” healing. Both methods work equally as well.
Reiki is an ancient healing practice that’s used to cleanse and clear your energy field. It allows the energy to flow freely through the body with improvements in relaxation, pain reduction, increased energy and focus. It also helps to release stress and anxiety as well as strengthen your immune system. These are things most of us experience on a daily basis.

This is the Chinese Year of the Wood Dragon! The illustrations on these cards are beautiful! There are three messages for each card. The human figure is the “herald” and a dragon. Each dragon is connected to a constellation, and each “herald” to a specific star in that constellation. Insightful and beautiful! A fun deck!
