🌙 Sunday Night Reiki: An Invitation to Calm🌙

Tonight, the world can wait. It’s time for Sunday Night Reiki!

After 9 PM Eastern, I’ll be holding space for you—soft, silent, and steady. Reiki energy will be there waiting patiently, whenever you’re ready, for whatever you need

All you have to do: relax and get comfortable, breathe, set your intention, and receive. Let the energy flow where it’s needed.

Reiki flows to the corners of your body and mind where stress, worry, and anxiety linger. You might feel warmth, tingles, a gentle wave of calm, or simply the gift of stillness. You might even fall aslep!

Tomorrow, drink extra water 💧—let it carry this gentle energy through every cell.

This enegy healing is my gift to you. My intention is to offer you the gift of calm: a few minutes to ease what weighs on you, to hold your heart, to offer peace in a busy world, and to help you find stillness during the MOST time of the year.
