2016 - spent in the trenches of PT school

We were absolutely going through it trying to survive grad school and getting ready to start clinical rotations at the start of 2017. These were the days I truly never thought I’d make it to becoming a PT - only took look back 8 years into the career l, shocked I’ve been doing this that long.

Luckily though, most photos I have from 2016 are of me having fun with my classmates, friends, or family - surviving life in ATL, going back and forth to Clemson games, or traveling the world.

I lost my granny that year - but I know she gained a sweet promotion in heaven - and I’ve thought of her every day since.

I finished off the year getting a dog and prepping for a Clemson Football National Championship!

I don’t think I want to relive 2016 but here’s to 2026 being +10 better!

At this workshop, we will chat about injury prevention and rehab, nutrition, and mental health considerations specifically for adolescent female athletes!
