This is the month of NO EXCUSES!

Challenge breakdown:

*Every 3 days a break*

Week 1 - 3 rounds x 2 minutes

What you didn’t know about Carbs.

Yes, it’s true your body does not need carbs.

Carbs main function for the body is
🗣Immediate fuel source
🗣Stored energy
🗣Helps digestion

Your body can use fat as a source of energy when carbs are absent. Sounds great right? Burning fat is what we all want.

How are you going to feel without energy? Are you able to sustain that long term? What about hanging out with friends, will you say no to that too?

Listen our bodies may not need carbs to survive, but I’ll rather be happy, full of energy than turn into the hulk until I have my snicker 😂

But hey I’m just the messenger don’t 🤷🏾‍♂️

Carbs are good for
✅feeding gut bacteria
✅regular bowel movements
✅regular sugar levels
✅makes you FREAKY HAPPY 😁

Trust me the carbs are not making you gain weight, it’s the over consuming calories in the types of food you’re eating.

So I understand why you would want to cut carbs. You can enjoy bread, rice, pasta and still lose weight.
