Cue. Correct. Carryover.

Focused on ambulation with facilitated LUE swing to improve posture, symmetry, and movement efficiency. With external cues, the client demonstrated increased awareness and initiated self-correction, real-time carryover into functional walking. Proof that sometimes your extremities just need a reminder they are invited to the party.😁👍

Snow Day at BTI Rehab!
Our gym may be closed, but this snowman is still getting those reps in 💪❄️

Rocking a BTI theraband and reminding everyone that movement (and rest!) still count—even on a snow day.

Today’s workout menu includes:
☃️ Snowball throws
❄️ Snow shoveling (functional fitness, obviously)
🧘‍♀️ Relaxation + recovery
👀 And soaking in the beauty of our very unlikely snow-filled outdoors

Stay safe, stay warm, and enjoy the snow—we’ll see you back soon! 💙
