๐ธ There are many signs to identify if it is time seek therapy.
๐ธ Often times we can't heal because we don't have a safe space to process our emotions.
๐ธ Through-out our life we learn coping skills to handle stressors in our life. At some point if unhealthy, those coping skills no longer work.
