Welcome to Octapharma Plasma’s Social Media Community! At Octapharma Plasma, we’re committed to creating a space that’s supportive, informative, and respectful for everyone. Whether you're a donor, a team member, or simply curious about plasma donation, we want your experience on our social media channels to be positive and engaging. To help us maintain a welcoming environment, we ask that all users follow these Community Guidelines:
1. Be Respectful and Stay on Topic
• We value your voice and encourage thoughtful conversation. Please keep discussions respectful and relevant to plasma donation and our community.
• Share your thoughts in a way that is constructive and courteous.
• Avoid posting content that is offensive, harassing, profane, promotional, or unrelated to Octapharma Plasma.
• This is not the place for business solicitations, referral requests, or feedback about other companies.
• We reserve the right to remove comments or block users who violate these guidelines.
2. Regulatory and Legal Considerations
• As part of a regulated industry, there are certain topics we may not be able to discuss publicly. If your comment touches on sensitive or regulated matters, we may need to redirect or limit the conversation.
3. Moderation and Response Times
• We monitor our social media channels regularly during business hours Monday-Friday 8AM -5PM EST. We aim to respond to questions and comments as quickly as possible.
4. Use of Your Content
• By posting on our social media pages, you grant Octapharma Plasma the right to use your content including ideas, photos, and comments in any media. Please don’t share anything confidential or that you expect to be compensated for. Your name, profile image, and handle may be visible and associated with your post and may be used if we share your content elsewhere.
5. Additional Guidelines
• You must be at least 18 years old to participate and donate at Octapharma Plasma.
• If you’re a minor, please get permission from a parent or guardian before posting.
• If your post includes a minor, you must be their parent or legal guardian.
• Anything shared on our pages becomes the property of Octapharma Plasma.
