Three of the top tools for working out at home besides your own bodyweight are kettlebells, resistance bands, and a balance ball. You don't need expensive shoes or clothing. I just worked out in my leggings and an old shirt. Get creative.

I will be offering classes for homeschool kids at Harrisburg park on Wednesdays. Time to be determined. Possibly 11am or 1pm. We will be learning all about exercise and sharing nutrition tips. Great for the parents as well. I have something for every age group. If your child is in virtual public school you are also welcome to join us homeschoolers. It will be FUN!!! More to come soon.

Working on a program for the kids that will be lots of fun. I am creating badges they can earn as they progress through the program. Hope to have it ready soon to try out. Stay tuned.
