Skin that speaks.

Some skin tells a story, mine starts a conversation. This season isn’t just about how my skin looks — it’s about what it says. And right now, it’s speaking a language of light, care, and intention.

With intentions in mind, here’s a list of hyper fixations that have been living in my head rent free while also making me feel like my absolute best:

🌸 Wood therapy—because lymphatic drainage and preventative measures are key
🌙 Bedtime routines that feel like I’m vacationing at a luxury hotel
👒 Glam that starts with skin — good primer, perfectly gelled brows, a juicy lip 
🧘🏽‍♀️ Nervous system resets — because calm is a competitive advantage
🥣 Gut-nourishing meals and the supplements that actually make a difference
💗 Saying no without explanation and yes with certainty

Skin hydrators that I’m currently in love with— the cucumber hydration toner from Skin Script and the sakura hyaluronic acid boosting essence from Good Molecules.

Both of these products draw moisture in and hydrate the skin.

Essence first, toner second, follow up with skin specific serums, moisturizer and then of course sunscreen if it’s day time.

The Muse is the Moment

There’s a shift that happens when you stop chasing the moment and become it. ✨

This summer, I’m not waiting for my close-up — I’m taking it.

Every look, every laugh, every frame feels like it was made for me and I honestly couldn’t ask for much more than that.

Alignment and audacity suit me well and I have a sneaking suspicion that it will work for you too— but only if you let it.

Here’s a list of things that I love and frequently use to help get me to this point:

🧊 Ice facials and cooling sheet masks
for that glowing from within look
👠 Clear skin paired with deep brown liner, blown-out curls, and a backless top
🧖🏽‍♀️ Skin rituals that feel like therapy (because they kind of are)
✨ Post-treatment no-makeup makeup that still turns heads

These days, the weather is unpredictable, but the sun damage is not. Regardless of what’s going on out there, please continue to use your sunscreen daily and reapply every two hours when possible. ☀️

We’ve been working so hard on your skin and I’d hate for any progress to be undone because necessary steps against the sun weren’t taken.
