⚡️ Introducing my Outdoor Workout Series. As the weather warms up, I’ll be sharing workouts you can take outside that require minimal equipment but still give you a solid challenge.
This slam ball circuit works your entire body and gets your heart rate up. Perfect if you want a quick but effective workout 🔥 You can also do this without a ball!
Workout Format
3 Rounds
▪️40 seconds work
▪️20 seconds rest between exercises
▫️Rest 90 seconds after each round
⏰ Total time: Less than 25 minutes
These workouts are designed for all fitness levels, so go at your own pace and focus on good movement.
