March looked like remixing my favorites. Same core meals, just switching it up so I don’t get bored. Bowls on repeat, adding color, playing with flavors, keeping things interesting so I actually enjoy what’s on my plate. And even when I dine out, I try to make sure I don’t restrict but be mindful of what I eat!
Going into April, I want you to show up for yourself the same way.
• Eat your meals. Don’t skip them.
• Focus on building better habits and eating in a way that helps you feel good, not guilty.
• Make it colorful, not restrictive.
• Nourish your body like it deserves.
• AND PLEASE EAT!! Stopping working all day and not eating!!! You get on this app and scroll for days and stomach be barking!! I don’t get it 😩
