This week’s featured Couple is: David and Bathsheba. David's sin, cover-up, and aftermath are steamy, juicy, and dramatic!

"Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me.
Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me."

The story of David and Bathsheba is one of the most dramatic and morally complex narratives in the Hebrew Bible, found primarily in 2 Samuel 11–12. It explores themes of sin, repentance, justice, and redemption and has had a lasting theological and literary influence.
