I’m someone who was SA’ed.
I truly believe anyone who has is suffering more under this administration. Every single day I have to wake up to seeing people BLANTANTLY make disgusting excuses for a 🍇ist.
Every single day I’m reminded that sexual assault is a serious problem in America and even more so it’s not taken seriously.

I’m triggered every day. It’s literally every damn day and even more so, I have to hear my OWN family excuse it all.
If you’ve been through something as traumatic and horrific as SA, I want to take this moment to tell you- YOU MATTER.
Your feelings are valid.
Your triggers are real.
You are so much more than a statistic and I’m sorry you also have to see this in today’s world. 🩵
Me too, I believe you and I see you.
