A few things to keep in mind this spring:
Wear sunglasses with 100% UV protection, even on cloudy days. If allergies have your eyes red, itchy, or watery, that is worth a conversation with your doctor. And if it has been a while since your last eye exam, spring is a great time to get it on the calendar.
