Your common questions about cataract surgery - answered.

Does it hurt? No, the procedure is virtually painless with numbing drops and mild sedation.
How long does it take? About 15-20 minutes per eye, though plan for 2-3 hours at the surgery center.
When can I drive? Most patients resume driving within 24-48 hours after being cleared by their doctor.
Will I need glasses? Depends on your lens choice - premium multifocal lenses can reduce or eliminate glasses dependence.
