Your eyes weren't designed for 8+ hours of daily screen time. The 20-20-20 rule is a simple solution backed by ophthalmologists: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

This brief break allows your eye muscles to relax and helps prevent digital eye strain, reducing symptoms like headaches, blurred vision, and dry eyes. It's a small habit that makes a significant difference for anyone who works on computers.

Taking care of your vision health starts with simple daily practices.

Understanding your glaucoma type helps guide the right treatment approach. Open-angle glaucoma, the most common form, develops gradually as fluid drains too slowly.

Angle-closure glaucoma causes sudden pressure increases requiring immediate medical attention.

Our fellowship-trained glaucoma surgeons offer comprehensive treatment options from prescription eye drops to the latest surgical procedures. Early detection and proper management can prevent vision loss.
