Don’t overthink it! Journaling doesn’t have to be difficult. Pick up a pen and start writing even if you start with “I don’t know what to write”! Journaling is one of THE best tools to “get out of your head”. And I know from experience. I probably have 5 or 6 journals in different locations around the house. It works!
