Divorced mother of 3 and 2 beautiful granddaughters, full-time Nurse trying to care for her family...not really having any time for myself, just working, eating and sleeping....AND gaining weight!!! My health not completely the best, but doing the best I can. I currently suffer from high blood pressure, Diabetes Type 2, fibromyalgia, chronic muscular skeleton syndrome, chronic pain syndrome, arthritis, Depression, and the list goes on. Needless to say, with all of the pain, I did not have energy, nor the desire to work out. I just worked, worked and worked until I could not work any more. Long story short, I had to stop working. I was placed on all kinds of medications where just to get out of the bed in the mornings, I have to take 18 pills. 8 are some sort of pain pills, including narcotics, 2 muscle relaxers and the rest for diabetes, hypertension and hypercholesterolemia. To make a long story even shorter, I began drinking this coffee and diabetes was the first to see an improvement. My doctor had warned me that if I didn't get it under control fast that he was going to have to place me on insulin. Oh no!! I told him that I would try to lower it on my own -- was unsuccessful. Tried this great, what I call "Miracle Coffee", and within less than 2 months, my Hga1c had dropped from 11.1 to 7.7!!! and it's still dropping!!! Hallelujah!!! No insulin!!! and my numbers are improving. Soon, I will be reducing weight, my diabetes medications, my high blood pressure medications and overall, feeling a whole lot better.
