Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 - 1 small beet (cooked and peeled)
- 1-2 cups frozen raspberries and strawberries, mixed
- 1 cup milk of choice or water
