This is my prayer for all who wear the badge today:
May you feel God’s presence as you wear that uniform each day. May you sense His strength as you answer that call. May you be filled with courage and confidence as you stand your ground. And above all else, may you put of the Full Armor of God knowing and trusting in His promises and His protection. In Jesus’s name. Amen.

America’s NEW Food Guidelines
Eat REAL Food! 🥬🍎🥦🍅🍇🫐🍓🥚
Whole food nutrition is common sense because it’s how God created it to be.

Simple Basic Tips:
~ Eat the “Rainbow” (color and variety)
~ Know your source of food
~ Try to buy local from trusted farmers
~ Properly wash fruits and veggies
~ If dairy doesn’t agree with you, don’t eat it.

A phrase I have used throughout the years, “If it doesn’t have a mama or grow from the ground, don’t eat it!“ 🙂

🙋🏼‍♀️Who is with me today?? 🙋🏻‍♀️

In my area, we have gone from sleet and snow to now sunshine and wind…COLD wind!! Kids are home from school and I would rather be in my PJ’s. 🤪

Instead, I decided to put on makeup, fix my hair and do some work. Yes, that even meant bundling up and heading outside!!

☀️ Sunshine
🚶🏻‍♀️ Movement

We have things everyday that we must overcome - maybe physically, mentally or emotionally. We have to decide.
