Happiness is an internal feeling. It is based upon what you believe about yourself.
The closer my bond with God became and the more I focused on the things that were within my control( attitude, reactions, diet, lifestyle, choice in friends) the more peaceful life became.
Seven ways Iāve manifested happiness
1. Be with others who make you smile. My circle has shifted away from those energy drainers to life givers.
2. Imagine the best. I have learned to visualize the life I really want and I work very hard daily to get 1 step closer to achieving it.
3. Do things you love. I make time for what makes me happy- the sauna, sound meditation, quiet time, my loved ones.
4. Find purpose. Wellness makes me completely happy! Itās something about helping others recognize their unhealthy habits that are keeping them from being at their best and finding simple ways to create new healthy behaviors that will not only benefit their physical life but also mental and emotional.
5. Listen to your heart. I learned to value and trust the voice within. I had to shut off the outside world (tv, social media, phones, etc) until I was able to clearly hear my internal voice speak. Iāve always pretty much had my own mind but every now and then I would get distracted by what someone else said I should do or even what they were doing. I remembered that God gave me my lifeās mission and everyone isnāt Privy to the details.
6. Push yourself, not others. Itās no one elseās responsibility for my fulfillment. I have the power to get where I want to go. I Stopped blaming others and took control of my own destiny.
7. Be open to change. Change doesnāt always feel good, but it is the one thing I can always count on. I Change will happen, I learned to make contingency plans and emotionally prepare myself for the ride.
