The Deltas of Charlotte Foundation was established in 1991.

Nicknamed the "Queen City" and the "International Gateway to the South", Charlotte, North Carolina is where we call home. Our Center is located near several major hospitals and is not far from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. We have been proudly serving Charlotte and surrounding communities since 1991.

Step inside our center and you'll see why we’re proud of the exceptional care we provide. We offer a 3600+ square foot, ultra-modern rehabilitation gym featuring the area’s only HydroWorx aquatic therapy pool and a full range of the most modern equipment available.

We also strive to be an active part of the community and are involved in many local charities and events. In addition, we give frequent health presentations and provide outreach programs.

We serve patients throughout the Charlotte metro area, Mecklenburg County, even down into South Carolina and beyond.
