Update!!! The oral surgeon that still owes us $45,000 for the tiny house, had his medical license suspended as of May 1, 2021 for an “Inappropriate relationship with a patient”. This comes after a $3 million lawsuit was awarded to a staff member’s husband for “Alienation of affection” in 2019.

Wanted to update everyone on our tiny house “theft”. The oral surgeon below, Dr. Matthew Johnson, has paid only half of what he owes us. He has changed his cell phone number, put all of his property in his ex-wife’s name and won’t respond to calls or letters mailed to him. We still hold the title to it and attorneys want $6000 up front to sue him. He doesn’t care if we sue him. He has multiple suits against him already. We can’t repo it because he’s placed buildings around it. He’s painted it barn red, unhooked the mini-split and on demand gas water heater and hooked it up to an illegal septic system (I know- I called!) and built himself a big house close by using his small business loan proceeds (fraud). Be careful buying and selling tiny houses. Research people! Liars and thieves come from all walks of life!

And just like that our lives became a Soap Opera cause you can’t make this stuff up! He owes us $45k and her husband over $2 million, guess oral surgery pays very well!

This is the person who owes us $45,000 for our tiny house. Instead of paying when our attorney sent the demand letter, he hired an attorney! He makes millions a year and won’t pay what he admits he owes! Scam artists are from all walks of life 😠

We sold the Tiny House!! Now if the buyer will just pay up 😡 What was the saying about a man being as good as his word? We went against our intuition and trusted an oral surgeon. He paid half down and balance was due in 30 days. 4 months later, we’re still waiting. I smell a lawsuit! Bring it on! He has no idea how far we will go to recover what he owes!
