This MLK Day, we walk in freedom, intention, and sisterhood. ✨

Join RYPE for a Freedom Walk starting at 11:00 AM, a time symbolizing awakening, alignment, and stepping into your purpose. This simple 3-mile walk is about movement, reflection, and community.

After the walk, stay for a casual tailgate hangout with light refreshments and great conversation. No pressure. No pace requirements. Just presence.

Let’s start the season by showing up for ourselves and each other.

Join us for an exciting in-person event at Inside Out Sports! Mark Hoffman, Manager of Inside Out and IRONMAN Kona finisher will also be present to share his knowledge!!

This is for both bike newbies looking to understand what is actually necessary for cycling and whats just nice to have; as well as seasoned cyclist looking to upgrade their bikes and or accessories. You will have an opportunity to ask questions, and there will even be gearing demos in the parking lot for those seeking that knowledge.

We would like to thank Curated Culture for choosing us as the non-profit showcase for their 2023 Derby Party. The party was SOOOO much fun! And we could not be more grateful for the donation! Your generosity will help us continue to offer programs that introduce women and adolescent girls of color to the amazing sport of Triathlon!

It’s Medal Monday and we got a story to tell!!!

10 AH-MAZING spirits took on the Ramblin’ Rose Triathlon yesterday…and all 10 collected their bling! 🏅🏅

Our junior triathletes showed all the way out with podium finishes, including first place in age group and 16th overall!!! 🥇🥉

One young lady overcame a medical emergency to finish the race despite her challenge! 💪🏽

Us coaches canNOT stop smiling because we are soooo incredibly proud of each of them. Everyone had hurdles to overcome this season and THEY DID IT!

I thought this was a great article.

" Let’s get a few things straight -- first and foremost, a larger body is a characteristic, not a behavior. There are plenty of people in large bodies who eat well and exercise regularly and people in smaller bodies who eat poorly and never exercise. The size of your body is not a proxy for health. A more effective determiner of health is whether or not an individual exercises. "

Our sport has a long way to go towards being inclusive, especially for athletes in larger bodies.

Our Lets TRI Together program TRI Camp was so much fun! Sooooo excited about this group of amazing adolescent and adult women who are ready to

Building confidence through competence in all things TRIathlon is the assignment and we’re on it!

Todays camp introduced the skills we will be developing over this 12-week program. Thank you for supporting our program by lending your time and tools to making sure our bikes are working and fitting properly and teaching us how to keep our bikes in good condition and safe!

Huge shout out to for the yummy, delicious vegan lunches…we killed them! And thank you even more for sharing your triathlon healthy lifestyle journey with us…its important for young and old alike to see sistahs doing things.
