Buffalo Chicken Biscuit Bake
I know i havent posted in a while but I'm back! Here's a very cheap, quick, easy recipe that uses leftover biscuits(I had 6 leftover from a family dinner at cracker barrel), canned chicken, your favorite buffalo sauce, ranch, and shredded cheese! Likely all ingredients you probably have at home! The biscuits went from dry crumbly refrigerated leftovers to warm soft base layer! So good and reheats well too! Great for family dinner, meal prep, etc! Swipe to see different stages. And yes, I did also find a recipe to use up the cornbread too! I'll share that soon!
Ingredients
2 cans (12.5 oz each) chicken, drained
1/2 cup buffalo sauce(I used frank red hot in the jug)
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese etc
5-6 leftover biscuits, cubed/crumbled
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, and half the cheese.
Layer biscuit crumble in greased baking dish.
Spread buffalo chicken mix over. Dont worry if it is a thin layer, thats exactly how it should be! Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 20-25 min until bubbly and golden.
