I want to talk about Reduced inflammation, today.

Cannabis may help reduce inflammation in the body, which is associated with many health problems, including autoimmune disorders, HEART DISEASE , and cancer.

Heart disease is often a result of too much cholesterol in your diet. I get why my plant-based friends are screaming “eat more plants” for our community.

Heart disease is the #1 health-related cause of death for black people.

I’m not going to pick on you, but eat your wellness, bro.

In your opinion, what has been the best use for the plant?

It has been here as long as you have.

Known by many names over the years, the plant has been used by humans for thousands of years.

From being used as a valuable resource for rope and fabric in ancient civilizations, to being incorporated into spiritual practices and used for its medicinal properties, the plant has been a part of human history for a long time.

For much of its history, the plant was primarily used for its fibers, which were made into rope and fabric, and its seeds, which were used as food and oil.

What’s the best use for the plant in your opinion?

While his cannabis use was debated and rumored for the majority of his career, Armstrong eventually opened up about his love affair with [cannabis] to biographer Max Jones near the end of his life, explaining that he had to give it up as the Prohibition Era dawned.
