This certification marks another step in my journey of weaving sound into healing—bringing resonance, restoration, and peace to those who need it most. 🌌 From Reiki to sound baths, every vibration carries intention, and I’m honored to deepen my skills in this sacred work.

Life gets messy. Energy scatters, nerves fray, and the noise lingers long after the moment has passed.

Electronics can keep us stuck in the swirl — buzzing screens, endless scrolling, more input piled on top of what we’re already carrying. But when we choose sound intentionally, something shifts.

🔔 A single bowl strike…
🌊 A gentle gong wave…
🍃 A chime’s echo…

Sound interrupts the chaos. It resets the nervous system. It clears the mess from the field and brings us back to center.

This is why I return to sound again and again. Not to escape the mess — but to alchemize it into clarity.

✨ Reiki Rising ✨
Yesterday’s reading with Eric, just before my QHHT session, gave me a message I couldn’t ignore. My sound healing instruments are already on their way to Portugal and won’t arrive until November. At first, that felt like a loss—a pause in something I love so deeply.

But what I realized is this isn’t an ending. It’s a sacred pause, a divine invitation. With sound temporarily out of my hands, Reiki is being placed firmly in them. This is the season to step into my power with Reiki, to trust my intuition, to remember that healing flows through me—not just through bowls, gongs, or chimes, but through my very presence. 🌿💫

I now see how sound was sometimes a shield, a way to avoid the moments when my confidence in Reiki felt shaky. But Spirit is clear: the pause is purposeful. It’s here to help me embody Reiki fully, so I can offer it with strength, love, and certainty.

✨ I just experienced my first QHHT session with Eric Robertson with Sacred Forge Healing, and it was beyond words. I connected with my higher self in a way I never imagined, uncovering the threads of my Celtic past life and the soul family who continues to walk beside me.
