Even in the lowest moments, you are not forgotten, abandoned, or unseen. He is near. He is guiding. He is with you.

❤️ Examining the Condition of the Heart

“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
— Proverbs 4:23

🔥 Heart Check: Anger

Pause and examine your heart if you notice:
• Quick irritation over small things
• Raising your voice, sarcasm, or passive-aggressive responses
• Replaying conversations and “winning” arguments in your mind
• Feeling justified in being harsh because “they deserved it”

Ask yourself:
• What expectation was violated?
• Am I reacting to the present—or something unresolved from the past?
• Is my anger protecting a boundary or punishing a person?

❤️ Heart Check:
Anger often signals unmet expectations, fear, or a loss of control.

This is what I got from my study this morning 🤍

Every life has a standard of living.
Our values, choices, and coping patterns flow from what we believe. Scripture reminds us that transformation doesn’t start with changing the seed—it starts with tending the soil.

In mental health and in faith, growth requires awareness. The Word is planted, but it’s our responsibility to care for the condition of the heart—removing the rocks of avoidance, the weeds of distraction, and the hardness that comes from unprocessed pain. Healing happens when we slow down, create space, and remain present with God.

Prayer:
Father, help me remain in Your presence today. Make me aware of my heart—soften what is hardened, strengthen what is shallow, and remove anything that competes with You. I desire deep, strong roots. I receive Your joy as my strength today. In Jesus’ name, amen.
