Our Second Annual New Year's Day Yoga class was a great way to start out 2019! The theme was finding resilience and adaptability in our yoga postures with the intention of nurturing those same qualities as we encounter personal & political change in the New Year. Thanks to all for waking up early on New Year's Day to participate! Hello all,

So far we have 4 confirmed and 13 interested in the Flow Slow and Stretch Yoga class on New Year’s Day. Midwood Pilates can accommodate up to 10 students. So if your interest has solidified into a concrete desire to participate, please let me know so I can reserve a spot for you.

This class is a free offering as a thank you to my students and to share fun, community and spirit as we welcome in 2019.

We’ve been working hard this past week at Midwood Pilates. Laura worked on perfecting Elephant, Double Knee Stretch and Down Stretch; Susan and Miss coordinated their Chair-Springboard work; and Elizabeth focused on Pull Straps. Can’t wait to ramp things up for the New Year!
