Good.

Because the truth is… you don’t need that every time.

If all you have is 30 minutes, that’s more than enough — as long as you’re intentional.

Strength training.
Conditioning.
Intervals.

Lower resting heart rate.Better sleep.More daily energy.Faster recovery.

The best pre-workout is… beet juice?? 🥤

I knew it was something I needed to start incorporating — but once mentioned he uses it during our podcast recording, I felt personally called out 😅

Biggest benefit of beet juice:
It’s loaded with nitrates, which convert to nitric oxide — helping dilate blood vessels, improve blood flow, enhance endurance, and even support lower blood pressure.

The one I grabbed also has ginger + turmeric, adding anti-inflammatory and recovery benefits 👌

My biggest pet peeve in fitness…

People thinking doing more is what gets results.

More workouts.
More cardio.
More sweat.
More exhaustion.

And when progress stalls?
They assume they need to push even harder.

But fitness doesn’t follow that formula.

Your workout is only the stimulus…

The real change happens from doing the unglamorous things outside the gym — consistently.

Getting enough sleep.
Hitting your protein goals.
Taking rest days.Managing stress.
Following a structured plan.

None of it is flashy.
None of it gets posted.

But that’s where results actually come from.

Most people aren’t stuck because they need to do more…

They’re stuck because they’re inconsistent with the basics.

Train hard, yes —but master what happens outside the gym.
