This hit us hard when we first heard it. There appears to be a myth that courage means your not scared. We disagree and know how courage and fear hold hands, and we chose courage and fear every day as we do this work and it’s so hard! So thankful that put this into such a beautiful words. This definitely warrants a sticky on the monitor for a daily reminder 📝

This week we focused on boundaries, and what better time to really focus on this than the teenage years?! We know this can be a challenge for teens, and these are ways we have found to help them out!
