Your body knows what to do with real food.
Whole foods — vegetables, fruits, healthy fats, clean proteins, nuts, seeds, and whole grains — contain the nutrients your body needs to repair, balance hormones, reduce inflammation, and create energy.
Ultra-processed foods, on the other hand, are often filled with refined sugars, additives, and artificial ingredients that can disrupt blood sugar, gut health, and hormone balance.
The goal isn't perfection.
Just try to eat more foods that came from the earth, not a factory.
