Sara's a licensed midwife, doula & Founder/Executive Director of Virginia Prison Birth Project. Her classes are designed to support pregnancy, prepare people for labor & delivery and hold space for community.

A new grandma wrote this morning to purchase classes for the new mama & baby. She said, “My daughter has loved the prenatal classes she just did with you….She really really got so much out of it and a lot of it helped her out significantly in labor and delivery.” What a lovely note to wake up to! Looking forward to classes later today, and to meeting these tiny humans when they’re ready to bring their mamas back to the mat. ❤️
