Bonnie Hope Dellerose, RYT-500, E-RYT 200, YACEP
Bonnie has over 3 decades of education, training and experience working in the healing arts. She began with a degree in music therapy from Arizona State University, and since she’s worked as a music therapist primarily with individuals on the autism spectrum, developmentally disabled adults, older adults, and individuals in hospice care. She holds an additional certificate from Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care in Hospice Music Therapy. Bonnie transitioned into therapeutic movement with both White & Blue Belt Certificates in The Nia Technique, a blend of dance, martial arts and healing practices. She then received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Baba Siri Chand Yoga Ashram in Millis, MA. After seventeen years of teaching Nia and ten years of teaching yoga, she completed her 500 hour YTT at Down Under School of Yoga in Boston, MA. She has additional teacher certifications in aerial yoga and balance board yoga. Bonnie holds a Reiki Master Certificate as well as the Munay-Ki shamanic rites and is a highly intuitive energy worker. For fun, she self trained in numerology and has been giving numerology and angel card readings for twenty-five years. Bonnie has presented at the national and regional music therapy conferences about the somatic movement practice she developed and trademarked, Renew Body Sequence. In 2009, Bonnie first documented 13 specific phases of the lifecycle that can be used as a template for movement to heal trauma. She has shared this in countless workshops, classes and 1:1 sessions since. She has also assisted DJ Taz Rashid at multiple Wanderlust Festivals in Stratton, Boston and Whistler. Bonnie has taught live DJ classes with DJ Taz, DJ Mantra & Songs of Eden. Currently she teaches at various locations in central and eastern Massachusetts and she continues to sing and play rhythm guitar professionally. Bonnie is the mom of four sons, ages 15-22, and when not teaching and running her own business, her life is focused on motherhood.
