The Overlook Fitness Center, in partnership with Uplift, is proud to pilot a brand-new Rope Flow Program, created right here at The Overlook! Once complete, this innovative program will be shared nationwide, putting our community on the map. 🌟

Rope Flow was introduced in January, with classes officially beginning in February. Residents and members are having the unique opportunity to take part in the classes, help shape the program, and enjoy the fun along the way.
