Best Midlife Ever Together staying HEALTHY & HAPPY in midlife and beyond I am a 60-something Registered Nurse and Nationally Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach.

My most important credential is that I have struggled, grown, learned, and awakened that powerful inner self along the way. I am still a work in progress and probably always will be! Aging can be tough! What happens to that body after 40? Oh, and how about that menopause challenge? Then you can get hit with an empty nest and a chronic disease or worse! I have had my share of health and life issues and know that working on the mind-body-spirit connection has made all the difference. I WANT THAT FOR YOU ALL. I am always excited when I can share what I have experienced and guide women to their answers where they overcome limiting beliefs, worry, and uncertainty and start aging with confidence and radiance. To age well, we have to become more aware of our inner self, find the right tools, and do the deep work. That is why I promote Conscious Aging and my framework L.E.A.P. into Midlife with Confidence and Radiance. L = Love of Self

Food is more than calories.

It’s communication between your body, your emotions, and your spirit.

When you eat with gratitude and awareness, your body receives that food differently.

You can’t nourish a tense body or a heavy heart with just good nutrition.

Emotional heaviness blocks the body’s natural rhythm of digestion and renewal.
