Movement is medicine.
Winter is deep. Holidays can be chaotic. Activities, even fun ones, can be overwhelming.
It’s easy to skip yoga, to be TOO BUSY.
My suggestion: focus on how you AFTER you do yoga.
Rarely does someone say, “UGH, I’m so upset I went to Yoga!”
Movement is medicine.
It will bring stillness amidst all this action.
Come move.

5:30pm Yin Yoga with Claire
