Google News just now picked up my quote this week about the “No Kings” issue.

“Relationships mirror similar dynamics, whether it’s a family or a government. We either dominate, or we dialogue. The moment we stop listening, we start losing our shared humanity.”

Whether in families or in our nation, the answer isn’t domination. It’s dialogue. And I can't ignore how vital this issue touches us all at our very core. I am reminded of how crucial it is to stay grounded in what truly heals us. It's our relationship wellness.

That's why tonight at 6:00 PM Eastern time, I'm hosting the free live masterclass, "No More Eggshells."

It's a virtual class tonight at 6 PM (Eastern). Right in the comfort of your own space, you can tune in. Just click on the details:

“No More Eggshells: Rise Above Relationship Drama”

We’ll explore how to rise above relationship drama and return to calm confidence. Yes, it starts with us at home and at work. Then we can impact the world and generations to come.

Join me in this movement toward healthier conversations and healthier families and nations.

, I hope to see you tonight! And do share with others you're thinking of!

I'm SO excited that I'll be presenting April 9, 2026 for the American Counseling Association Conference and Expo 2026! This is a 1/2 Day Pre-conference training!

Here's the description:

What happens when empathy & dedication that define great counselors begin to work against us?

Over time, these strengths can turn into “toxic loyalty.”

Compassion can bind us to relationships, workplaces, or professional roles that drain our well-being.

This full day workshop gives participants ways to explore transitions that honor both professional growth & personal vitality.

Drawing from over 20 years of counseling practice & lived experiences, Judy K. Herman, shares her C.A.L.M. Method™ and A.I.R. Formula™.

She blends neuroscience, relationship theory, & trauma research. Lecture, sound healing, guided breathing & meditation give participants ways to spot toxic loyalty, embrace healthy disengagement, & design a 90-day plan for renewal and sustainable practice.

Beyond Messy Relationships: Divine Invitations To Your Authentic Self

Let me tell you a quick story about when I received a call from a psychiatrist. Behind the closed door of my office, no one knew that my new husband had entered a season of psychosis. My client was in the waiting room, ready to see her wise professional counselor. But I was falling apart as a wife.

I covered red splotches on my face with make-up to appear focused, wise, and professional.

But in reality, I was struggling with isolation and trauma.

As the days unfolded, I was getting more and more anxious and fearful.
