We’re excited to welcome Christy for a new monthly Recovery Yoga offering.

Christy is a nurse and yoga teacher with 12 years of combined recovery. She has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and formal training in Yoga of 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR), along with training in Healing Touch and Integrative Nurse Coaching. Her classes weave gentle movement, breath, and recovery principles to support healing, connection, and embodied awareness.

This monthly class is designed to create a safe, inclusive space for anyone impacted by addiction, personally or through loved ones.

First Wednesday of each month at noon
by donation

All are welcome. Come as you are.

We’re so excited to welcome Kourtney to the team.

She remembers how transformative her very first yoga class felt over 20 years ago. It was one of the first moments she truly experienced the connection between mind, body, and breath. As a 200-hour RYT, she is passionate about creating that same sense of presence and connection for her students through mindful movement, breath, and the gentle integration of singing bowls.

Join Kourtney for her Gentle Flow class on Fridays at 11:00 AM.

We’re so excited to welcome Emily to the Yoga Chelan team!

Emily is passionate about helping others reconnect to themselves through movement and empathy. With a heart for community, inclusivity, and mindful connection, she creates classes that feel grounding, balanced, and welcoming to all.

Outside the studio, you’ll find her exploring her love of good books, podcasts, and the perfect croissant 🥐

Join Emily for:
- Hot Hatha – Tuesdays at 7AM
- Vinyasa – Thursdays at 9AM
And a Sunday morning class coming in November...
