From The Sanctuary (my private community) this morning…

It’s much easier to get roped into the negative aspects of our life, whether we’re drawn to drama or feel the need to “do something about it,” than it is to continually observe and celebrate the magical moments. And yes, there are times we need to take action with the lower vibrations. However, if we want to strengthen our awareness of the sacred and align with our own power, we must make time to notice the good things life is bringing us too.

For weeks now, I’ve (mostly) avoided socials because I have a visceral reaction of feeling as though I am stepping out into unimaginable traffic. Two weeks ago, I made the decision to relaunch my private (spiritual) community. I am IN LOVE with the space and energy. Yesterday, I decided I’m going all in and deleting the Facebook app from my phone for at least February — you can still reach me in Messenger though. I will be investing my energy into tending the kernels of light inside The Sanctuary. DM me if you want to know more. 💜
