Next up in the demonstration series is a beginner-friendly movement, the Stationary Reverse Lunge
We begin standing in a neutral position. Then step back with the non-working leg.
Try to get to a 90-degree bend with your front leg and lightly tap your rear leg knee to the ground. If you can't, that's ok. We'll get there.
These are a great starting point for some but may still be challenging for others.
There are several ways to adjust this to suit everyone & I'm here to guide you towards your goals!
