Alright, friends - group chat energy activated, because here’s the reminder we all need: we are done performing.

Like… officially, I am over it. No more acting like we’re fine when we’re not, no more pretending we don’t have opinions, no more squeezing ourselves into vibes we outgrew ages ago.

I’m showing up as me — the real, unfiltered, sometimes spicy, sometimes tired, always honest version. And she’s more than enough.

And so are you.

So let’s stop auditioning for roles we don’t even want and show up exactly as we are. The right people will get it… and everyone else can sit with their discomfort.

Life update: I’m doing something wildly on-brand for a woman who has survived long-distance moves, job changes, divorce, kids launching into adulthood, finding love again, identity plot twists, and a few spiritual smackdowns from the universe…

I am hosting a retreat in 2026. Just one. In Colorado. Because apparently the mountains told me to get my life together.

It’s called The Return to You Retreat, and it’s exactly what it sounds like — a 3-day “let’s drop the expectations, the burnout, the emotional luggage you’ve been dragging behind you like a busted suitcase” kind of experience.

No pretending.
No performing.
No being everything to everyone.
Just you… coming home to yourself again.

I am bringing all that wonderful (and yes, sometimes annoying) raw, authentic, truth-telling version of myself to work with just a small handful of women. Real connection. Real healing. Real glow-up energy (the internal kind, not the contouring).

If 2026 feels like your year to reset, soften, rise, or start your next era with both feet on the ground… this might be the sign you needed.

It's been a couple weeks from leading a couple sessions at this beautiful retreat in Asheville, NC.

Still unpacking the intensity of it all. Shadow work is not cute, not cozy, and definitely not the thing people line up for because it "sounds fun."

But damn... it's necessary.

Watching a group of women sit with their shadows-really sit with them-was powerful.
Not in a magical-unicorn way, but in a real, gritty, "okay, this is who I am and I'm finally done pretending otherwise" way.

This work cracks you open. It shows you your patterns, your armor, your stories... and then dares you to do something about them.

It was honest. It was messy. It was brave as hell.
And I'm grateful I got to witness it. ❤️

I gave myself permission.
To pause.
To be fully present for my son’s senior year and new beginnings — every game, every milestone, every moment that mattered.
To fall in love and let my heart open again.
To redefine what relationships mean — with others and with myself.
To slow my work, to rest, and to remember who I am when I’m not constantly doing.
To step away from the hustle, to be fully present, and to slow down without guilt.
I stepped back — not to lose my way, but to find it.
And now, I’m returning grounded, aligned, and ready.

Ever have one of those days where every email or conversation feels personal and your to do list multiplies just to mock you?

How do you hit pause, take space And remember that not every crisis deserves a front row seat to your brain?

Asking for a friend…who is currently outside touching grass and reconsidering all their life choices…..

I know I’ve been away for a while, and owe a longer post on the need for finding space. More to come soon!

Last night we just wrapped up our final session of the Mind Gym – Triple Play Program for youth athletes hosted at The One Training!

These are mini-sessions with small groups, where young athletes gained powerful tools to boost their mental game. They learned to regulate their emotions to remain balanced during high-pressure moments, visualize success to improve focus, and mentally prepare for handling tough situations with resilience.

This program has been a great journey in mental training, helping each athlete bring more confidence, composure, and focus to their sport.

Excited for what’s next? Future sessions are coming soon—perfect for athletes ready to level up their mindset!

Had the privilege of working with the Cheshire High School Girls’ Volleyball team tonight as they prepare for the SCC Quarterfinals where they will take on Lauralton Hall.

These high school athletes spent time working on their mental game so it is as conditioned as their physical one. The team practiced techniques to keep their emotions regulated and focus during high pressure situations along with visualization to elevate their confidence and mental preparation.

Can’t wait to see everything they are capable of on the court Friday 5pm @ Lauralton Hall. Let’s Go Rams!

Watching my son navigate his senior year as a high-school athlete, along with my professional career and recent conversations with coaches and parents, got me thinking about how we approach mental well-being and development in sports. These experiences have made me reflect on the way we talk about “mental toughness” and the potential risks that come with focusing too heavily on it.

We are headed to The One Training tonight for The Mind Gym - Triple Play Program!

It is 3 mini-workshops for youth athletes, focused on building mental agility for on the field and off. Tonight’s session works on developing emotional regulation to be able to calm down when the game or practice gets too intense! Being able to control our emotions, athletes are able to focus on the game instead of getting distracted or nervous. Allowing them to make better decisions and play their best.
