“When your dreams are vague, it’s easy to rationalize little exceptions all day long and never get around to the specific things you need to do to succeed.”

Wow! That hit like a ton of bricks.

How often do we tell ourselves “I’d really like to do _______, but I just don’t have the time.”

As mamas we don’t have the time because we haven’t given ourselves the permission to prioritize the time for our goals or our dreams. We are so focused on the needs of our family that we forget.

I’m here to tell you that you are worth it! Your goals and dreams are worth it! They do not have to be put on the back burner.

Give yourself the space to dream and the time and space to live in the world. You never know where those dreams will take you!

Quick and easy protein packed breakfast kids will love!

Breakfast quinoa is a huge hit around our house and it is so easy to make and customize to what your family likes!

Quinoa is a protein packed powerhouse sure to keep little bellies full all morning.

Ingredients:

✨leftover cooked quinoa (any color)
✨milk of choice
✨pure maple syrup
✨cinnamon
✨chia seeds
✨blueberries
✨banana slices
✨nut butter of choice

Directions:

Mix quinoa and milk in microwave safe bowl. Microwave until milk is just warmed. Add in maple syrup, cinnamon and chia seeds and stir to incorporate. Top with blueberries, banana slices, a dollop of nut butter, a drizzle of maple syrup, dusting of cinnamon and a sprinkle of chia seeds. Serve right then!

✨TIP - quinoa can cause turned up noses on its own, but preparing it this way and serving it in a smaller bowl will take the overwhelming feeling of eating a new food out of the picture✨

Serve with some fun monkey toast and grapes for a breakfast they will love!

What it looks like to live with hormone imbalance….

One moment you’re there and happy and normal, and then out of no where you just shut down.

This swing can happen over the course of a day, a few days or a slow progression throughout the week. It always varies. But it’s always awful.

Knowing what is happening and not being able to stop it is the most frustrating part.

I am in the middle of a “try this and see” phase with my doctor since I’ve tried everything I possibly can without a doctors help.

So we wait and hope and pray that this month will be different. It’s a slow process…but I will get through it because I am a wife and mother to an amazing family, and they don’t deserve this version of me.

I am blessed to have the highest quality people in my life. God sure knows how to pick them for you!❤️🥰

“When you set your intentions in the morning, you set the tone for the day - when you set the tone for your day and you will set the tone for your life.”

My morning routine is always evolving to adapt to changing schedules.

However, my three must do’s each morning are these:

1️⃣ early wake up - like crazy early - 4:00 am
2️⃣ workout with my morning crew
3️⃣ my readings - devotional, personal development, affirmations

There are so many other things that I try to squeeze in each morning (hence why I’m always trying to refine it), but if I get these three done, I’m on a path to a much happier day.

What you do everyday will align you with what you envision for your life going forward. Do your habits first thing in the morning support the big dreams that you have for your life?

Every time I sit down and try to sort through the reasons why I started this business, why I work on myself, why I get up early each day before they rise, basically why I show up in this space - I always come back to this:

So that I can find myself again - for them.💗
So I can regain my confidence - for them.💗
So I can be the happiest mom & wife - for them. 💗
So I can build a life we love - for them. 💗

We all have our reasons why we do what we do.

Some reasons may be bigger than others. I’m here to tell you, there is no reason too small for you to start changing your life for the positive.

None of this has to happen alone. I have an incredibly supportive group of amazing women around me, ready to cheer me on during times when it gets hard.

There is always room in our group for you, sis! We are always happy to welcome new ladies who will to do whatever it takes to make their dreams (big or small) come true. You ready? Let’s get you started!! Today is your day!!💕

Did you know that when you get obsessed with how strong you are physically, that creates strength mentally?

I heard this recently and it really hit home.

I have worked so hard to gain strength physically the last year and a half. Not just so I can be the strongest, look the leanest or be the most physically fit person in the room - I could honestly care less about any of those things.

I have worked so hard to gain physical strength because when I do, I really do find my mental strength is soooo much stronger! That leads to:

🌟more confidence
🌟being happier
🌟being healthier
🌟being more present

All of these things 👆🏻 from simply doing a workout…. Yes, please!!

I can remember the exact program that started all of this for me. 💕 Lifting workouts have always been my thing. I remember in high school loving lifting days during basketball practice. I got away from it for a long time, but starting a program on my online platform, changed that around for me!

Cycling has been another one for me that I feel in love with. I’ve only had a few experiences with it so far, but I cannot WAIT to dive into it! I’m so excited for our bike to be introduced soon!!❤️❤️❤️ Sign me up!
