Bigger isn’t always better — especially when it comes to the breast.

These days, some of the most common surgeries I perform involve downsizing, lifting, evening out, and rejuvenating the breasts — all in a way that feels natural and beautifully balanced.

In this video, I’m sharing three ways to reduce breast size — and one important note I forgot to mention:
Even when I enlarge the breast, I’m now using smaller, more natural implants than I used in the past.

✨ Weight loss is a journey—and sometimes, surgery is the final step.

I see so many weight loss patients these days. While diet and exercise can reduce fat, plastic surgery is often needed to address what those tools can’t: excess skin.

Every patient is different. Skin elasticity is largely hereditary. Some patients lose a significant amount of weight and have minimal skin laxity, while others are left with loose, hanging skin that simply won’t shrink back—no matter how hard they’ve worked.

This patient needed a skin removal procedure to fully enjoy the results of her weight loss. It was performed as an outpatient surgery—with no drains—and she was driving the very next day.
Yes, it leaves a scar. But as she told me afterward: “The scar is well worth the surgery.”

Now, she can finally move freely and feel proud of what she’s accomplished.
