About a dozen people have inquired lately about taking a Teacher Training with me.

As many of you know I have a number of other commitments in my life right now, but I do most enjoy offering teacher trainings more than anything else I do. In a teacher training we really get to pierce the deepest layers of Yoga, life, and movement.

If people are really that interested in taking a training with me, let me know, because I am on the fence, it is an extreme commitment for me to make a training happen, and the interest has to be there from the community.

Let me know what you think below and I may consider it :)

$10 cash for class, meet in front of the state park pavilion 🤘

Bring a blanket and some sunglasses and move free to the sound of the waves, the gulls, and children frolicking in the sand.
