Ever wanted to try something new but have no idea where to start?
This was me 3 years ago.
Trying to get back in shape after college & having no idea what to do, how to do it or who to ask. Has anyone else been there???
I tried doing cardio 60 mins a day - it worked, but I felt like s**t.
I tried fad diets - they worked, but completely messed up my relationship with food.
& then I found what I now call mindful movement.
Moving my body in ways that FEEL right for me.
& for me that was Pilates.
When I started seeing results and feeling better in my OWN body, I knew there had to be something more.
I wanted to do MORE. Because I felt like I unlocked the key for me… so could this also be the key for someone else?
I went out and became CERTIFIED as a Pilates Instructor. & let me tell you - what I have learned has CHANGED MY LIFE!
If you’re looking to make a change, but have no idea where to begin - start with simple mindful movement. Workouts that lengthen and strengthen your muscles.
Pilates to me is a way I can challenge myself while also sculpting and toning my muscles through lower impact & strengthening movements.

At home workouts are an amazing way to get back into the swing of things and learn what you like or don’t like.
