I’m honored to open for the incredible Melody Angel—a soulful blues rock artist and dynamic performer—on June 25th at Main Street Nights in Park Forest.

I’m closing a beautiful chapter with deep gratitude.

Tomorrow marks the final Zen at the Library—a 7-month journey of healing at Park Forest Public Library. Every other week, I had the honor of guiding our community through movement, breathwork, sound healing, and chakra balancing.

What started as a vision turned into a full room—again and again.
We created a space where everyone felt welcome.
From first-timers learning how to breathe with intention, to seasoned practitioners returning to their center. From elders to youth, we moved together, healed together, and reminded each other what it means to be connected—in body, mind, and spirit.

Thank you to Park Forest Public Library for opening your doors to this vision, and to every person who showed up ready to grow, release, and realign. You showed up and showed out—and I’ll never forget it.

But the journey doesn’t end here.

Starting May 7th, join me at Park Forest Village Hall every Wednesday from 8:30–9:30 AM for my 7-Part Chakra Series—a weekly practice designed to help you understand and connect with your energy in real, practical ways.

No experience needed. Just come as you are—and leave feeling a little more like yourself.
