A Haitian Bahamian Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree in Nursing. She is the founder, and CEO of ™️, a mother, an entrepreneur, a philanthropist, and overall, a force to reckon with.
Celestine Jean MSN, RN also known as Nurse Jean, was born in the Bahamas and migrated to South Florida with her family in the 90s. It was her passion for helping others that lead her to pursue a career within the healthcare field. Nurse Jean has been providing health care services throughout the United States and in the Caribbean for over 10 years. Nurse Jean has been recognized around south Florida for various awards, she is highly influential and a believer in leading people to reach their full potential.

👑 Bernice Redmon, born and raised in Ontario, was the first black Canadian nurse to practice in Public Health in Canada. During the 1940’s, when Bernice was looking to enter the profession of nursing, black women were declined admission to Canadian nursing schools. Bernice, like numerous other women, decided to break the barriers to obtaining an education and pursuing a career in the field of nursing . She set out on obtaining her diploma which she received from a Virginia State School based out of the United States.

At the time of completing her diploma in 1945, Bernice returned to Canada where she would practice public health in Nova Scotia. Later on, she went on to be the first black nurse appointed to the Victorian Order of Nurses in Canada. ❤️🖤💚

Meet Kina Peppers M.D. Obstetrics/Gynecology
🤰🏾🤱🏾

Dr. Peppers is a retired Lieutenant Colonel and Veteran of the Army Medical Corp with 24 years of service. She delivered emergency medical and gynecological surgical care to U.S. and Coalition forces during two tours in Iraq. Her clinical interests include high risk obstetrics, contraceptive counseling including Essure, hysteroscopic tubal occlusion, evaluation of abnormal pap smears, endometrial ablation, laparoscopy and management of uterine fibroids.

Dr. Peppers, will be sitting on the panel at the summer summit in Chicago 8/28 10am-12pm happening at Malcolm X College with the Black Nurses Matter Network 🥰

Dr. Latora is the owner of ECLIPSE Health Consultants, LLC and it's affiliate The Nurse Doc is ZEN(TM), merging the art and science of Nursing with Yogic practices which promote holistic wellness.
