𩺠Fun fact: Most pediatricians get about 2â3 hours of sleep education.
TOTAL.
In all of med school.
Thatâs less than one episode of Bluey.
In fact, Harvardâs Division of Sleep Medicine states that the most recent survey of a 4-year medical curriculum showed an average of LESS THAN 2 HOURS of formal instruction on sleep.
So, when your doc says, âJust let them cry it out,â or âTheyâll sleep when theyâre ready,â
itâs not that theyâre wrongâŚtheyâre just undereducated on this particular subject.
Sleep science is complex.
Behavioral conditioning, circadian rhythm development, nutrition, environmentâ
itâs all connected. And itâs what certified pediatric sleep consultants (đââď¸ hi, thatâs me) actually study.
If you want to understand why your child wonât sleep and how to fix it without losing your sanity,
skip Google, skip guilt, and get guidance from someone who lives and breathes this stuff.
Because âjust give it timeâ isnât a plan.
But I can give you one. đ´â¨
Comment âREADYâ below and Iâll send you all the options for a completely personalized sleep training experience to get everyoneâs sleep (and sanity) back.
