Hush Baby Sleep Consulting Helping exhausted moms end their kiddo's crap naps and all-nighters for good 💤

As a certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, I help exhausted moms (and dads) navigate the world of baby and child sleep, giving them the tools, resources, and support they need to teach their children how to become independent sleepers. Every family is unique with various sleep struggles and end goals, so each training plan is completely customized to meet you and your child's needs while achieving results as quickly as possible.

Feel like you’re stuck in sleep training Groundhog Day?

Here’s the deal: If you’ve been following a plan consistently for 3–5 days and your child’s sleep is still a dumpster fire 🔥—it’s not a “phase,” it’s a sign.

✨That’s when you pivot.

Sleep training isn’t about stubbornly sticking to a plan that’s not working. It’s about knowing when to power through…and when to switch it up.

Because continuing what doesn’t work isn’t consistency—it’s just chaos with a bedtime routine.

You know what’s super fun?

Thinking your second kid will sleep like your first did.

🥴 LOLOLOL

Different kid = different brain.
Different gut.
Different vibes.
Different dramatic flair at bedtime.

So why are we still out here trying to slap the same “sleep plan” on every child like it’s a universal remote?

Spoiler alert 🚨: it’s not.

What works for your neighbor’s angel baby who slept through the night at 3 weeks old (we all know one 🙄) probably won’t work for your baby who treats sleep like it’s a betrayal.

Each kid has their own:
🧠 Sleep patterns
🍽️ Nutritional needs
🧸 Sleep associations & comfort habits
🧍Schedules
😩 Daily chaos
🦖 Personality (aka: your spicy one vs. your chill one)

So nope—there’s no “one right method.”
There’s their method.
Built for them.

That’s why I create personalized sleep plans that don’t treat your kids like clones.

You want independent sleep that sticks?
You need a plan that fits.

🚨 PSA for the parents who got cocky after one good night of sleep:

Do 👏 not 👏 get 👏 lazy 👏 now.

Just because your kid finally went to bed without a full-blown WWE match doesn’t mean it’s time to toss the rules out the window and start “winging it.”

Progress doesn’t mean it’s permanent—yet. Kids test boundaries. It’s their job. And your job? Is to enforce the new normal like the loving, boundary-setting badass you are.

✨The real game-changer? A personalized plan that doesn’t just fix one bad night—it keeps you consistent, gives you back-up moves when sh*t hits the fan, and evolves as your kid does.

This isn’t just a phase—it’s a foundation.

👇Drop “READY” in the comments to see what a personalized sleep training plan can do for your sanity (and your sleep).

You can’t “wing it” and call it sleep training.

If you’re throwing spaghetti at the wall — one night trying one thing, the next night giving up — no wonder your baby’s confused (and you’re running on fumes).

Consistency isn’t optional. It’s the *whole damn point*.

Stop guessing. Stop hoping. Start leading.

Your baby isn’t a template — so why is your sleep plan?

You can’t copy-paste your way to good sleep.

But that’s exactly what all those one-size-fits-all sleep plans try to make you do.

Download a “universal” schedule. Follow it to the minute. Boom—problem solved, right?

Except… your baby didn’t read the PDF. 😴

Every child has their own sleep needs, temperament, nutritional cues, and developmental rhythm.

Every family has different schedules, environments, and parenting styles.

So when you try to squeeze your baby into someone else’s blueprint, you end up frustrated, second-guessing, and still exhausted.

That’s why The Snooze Society exists.

Inside, we build a personalized plan around your baby, your family, and your reality—
with expert guidance and real-time support every step of the way.

Because good sleep isn’t one-size-fits-all.
It’s custom-fit—for your kid, your life, and your peace of mind.

👉 Comment “Ready” below to join The Snooze Society today and let’s get everyone (finally!) the rest you so desperately need...every single night.

🩺 Fun fact: Most pediatricians get about 2–3 hours of sleep education.

TOTAL.

In all of med school.

That’s less than one episode of Bluey.

In fact, Harvard’s Division of Sleep Medicine states that the most recent survey of a 4-year medical curriculum showed an average of LESS THAN 2 HOURS of formal instruction on sleep.

So, when your doc says, “Just let them cry it out,” or “They’ll sleep when they’re ready,”
it’s not that they’re wrong…they’re just undereducated on this particular subject.

Sleep science is complex.

Behavioral conditioning, circadian rhythm development, nutrition, environment—
it’s all connected. And it’s what certified pediatric sleep consultants (🙋‍♀️ hi, that’s me) actually study.

If you want to understand why your child won’t sleep and how to fix it without losing your sanity,
skip Google, skip guilt, and get guidance from someone who lives and breathes this stuff.

Because “just give it time” isn’t a plan.

But I can give you one. 😴✨

Comment “READY” below and I’ll send you all the options for a completely personalized sleep training experience to get everyone’s sleep (and sanity) back.

Hot take: Your child doesn’t need another sleep “hack.” You need a damn plan.

You can tiptoe backwards out of the room, play white noise from six different devices, do the “put down, pick up, cry, rock, pray” method all you want—but if you’re only trying random tips from Instagram, you’re just throwing spaghetti at a sleep-deprived wall and hoping it sticks.

The truth? Sleep “tricks” are like putting a Band-Aid on a broken bone. Sure, it might look like you’re doing something... but your kid’s still not sleeping, and neither are you.

The problem isn’t that you haven’t found the *right* trick—it’s that your child’s sleep struggles aren’t a one-size-fits-all situation. They’re a puzzle, and no viral hack is going to solve the whole damn thing.

You don’t need more tips ❌.

You need a personalized sleep training plan built around your child and your lifestyle. You need real-time support from someone who actually knows what the hell they’re doing (hi 👋🏼).

Less Googling at 2 a.m. More sleep for EVERYONE.

Let’s ditch the band-aids and fix this at the root.

WHAT IN THE ACTUAL...WHAT?!

Listen...women have been getting the proverbial sh*t end of the stick for centuries.

Much like everything else, the medical system doesn’t always have our best interests in mind. We’re just supposed to suck it up and power through, hoping that MEN have all the answers.

Well, not anymore, mama.

Full stop — you hold all the power and intuition to change the narrative and not only do what’s best for your kids, but also FOR YOURSELF.

Sleep training has been around a long time. And exhausted moms, like you, have quietly existed since the very first newborn arrived.

But times have changed. Science has evolved. And we now know that sleep training doesn’t have to mean fear, guilt, or abuse.

There are countless ways to teach your kiddo how to sleep independently and not all are created equal. BUT — and I say this with love, mama — the *best* way is with a personalized plan built for YOUR unique child, back-up plans when life throws your curveballs, and real-time support to guide you along the way.

Time to ditch the fear-mongering, one-size-fits-all, old school methods. Let’s get you and your kiddo sleeping better, together.

You know that perfect crispy fall morning? ☕️
The air smells like cinnamon, the leaves crunch just right, and you suddenly believe you could run a small country before 9 a.m.

Now imagine feeling that kind of peace… because your baby actually slept through the night.
😴 No 2 a.m. rocking marathons.
🍼 No 3:47 “Is he hungry or just vibing?” debates.
🌅 Just you, a hot coffee, and a full REM cycle.

That’s the power of teaching your baby healthy, independent sleep skills. It’s not just about naps — it’s about reclaiming your sanity so your whole family can function (and maybe even smile before caffeine).

Because a well-rested mom?
She’s basically a walking Pinterest board of patience and joy.

Your kid’s body clock doesn’t care that it’s Saturday. It’s 6:02 a.m. and they’re ready to party. 🎉

But, you know what makes bedtime easier?
(No, it’s not lavender oil or whispering “please, for the love of God, go to sleep.”)

It’s waking your kid up at the same time...every. single. day.
Yes — even on weekends. 😬

Before you come for me with your coffee cup raised in protest, hear me out:
That consistent wake-up time is what anchors their circadian rhythm — aka their internal body clock.
It’s like hitting the “reset” button each morning so their naps, meals, and bedtime fall into place like clockwork (literally).

When that rhythm is consistent, bedtime battles go down, falling asleep gets easier, and the whole day feels less like chaos and more like... calm(ish).

☀️ Bonus: this is your secret weapon for surviving the upcoming daylight savings shift — because when that morning anchor is steady, your kid’s body naturally adjusts with you instead of against you.

So yeah, sleep in on Saturday if you want — but just know you might be paying for it Sunday night at 10 p.m. 😉

👉 Want help building a routine that actually works (and survives daylight savings without tears)?

Every kid is different.

One needs total darkness, white noise, and a temperature that rivals the Arctic.

The other? Falls asleep mid-sentence on the playroom floor like a drunk frat boy at 2 p.m.

✨Here’s the thing no one tells you about sleep training: there’s no “one-size-fits-all”.

Your baby isn’t broken. You just need a plan that actually fits them.

Because when their unique sleep needs are met, they learn to sleep independently so much faster (and easier).

💡No more guessing. No more “maybe if I just rock them a little longer?” Just sleep. For EVERYONE.
