Yes it is. Diabetic test strips are considered an over the counter product. It's also legal by the FDA. Ask any pharmacist.

You can walk into any pharmacy without insurance or a doctor's prescription and purchase diabetic test strips and resell them.

A: Yes it is. Diabetic test strips are considered (OTC) over the counter supplies. You don't need a prescription or insurance to purchase them. The FDA even considers it legal.

As stated above, all boxes must be new, factory sealed, unopened, and unexpired in order for them to be resold legally.
