I had the pleasure of working with this lovely group of equestrian women on riding biomechanics. We did individual assessments of their riding at each gait, then a physical exam of symmetry, strength and flexibility to help guide them to improve their seat and balance with their horse. APHysio has moved! Our new address is 750 E Washington St in Medina, just a few blocks east of the Medina square. It's been a great couple of years at Liberty Row but I'm excited to be in a larger more functional space. Stay tuned for photos of the new location!

I cannot let this day pass without honoring all the amazing women in my life, both personally and professionally. I have focused my work and my career on helping women, and it is and has been one of the most fulfilling things in my life. Today I had the pleasure of speaking to the staff and leaders at about rider biomechanics and how to better balance our bodies in and out of the saddle, and how to help their students do the same. This is one of my favorite things to do, combining two of my passions. Thank you to Fieldstone for having me at your beautiful barn.
