You have brilliant ideas, think quickly, feel deeply. You can think in systems but you struggle with follow through. This is for you- a free 12 week container for structured support and accountability with a real curriculum, opportunities for peer-to-peer support and networking with like-minded individuals.

You may have ADHD or struggle with perfectionism, imposter syndrome or overwhelm. You often find yourself navigating a workplace environment that seems designed to drain you.

You give it your all, but you often burn out or find yourself spinning your wheels, and not seeing results. You KNOW what you’re capable of… and trust me, you DON’T need to try harder— you need to create containment and a structure aligned to your own unique nervous system.

As a learning behavior specialist, parent, educator & creative who understands this struggle firsthand, I recognized the need for a community where women can navigate this together, with REAL resources and tools for growth, and with accountability… I built the framework I needed and I want to walk this journey alongside women who are motivated to expand their self-leadership and live a value-aligned life without self-erasure 🙂 if that sounds like you then you are invited to join my free Align |Her circle. I will drop links in the bio soon.
I’m located in Chicago and virtual meetings will take place CST. Tentatively 7:00 pm Thursdays or 11:00 am on Sundays. Will decide based nased on feedback. Please share this with a girlfriend that comes to mind when you hear ‘smart but scattered’ 💕

Alignment Under Construction 🤍

Speaking of small steps and realignment…

One of my deepest why’s for creating this project is that I’ve experienced firsthand what it feels like to live out of alignment.

For me, that often shows up as emotional ups and downs, anxiety, overwhelm, and disconnection from myself.

I was excited to begin sharing more here, but I’m realizing that social media — for all its potential — can also pull me away from the very stillness and depth this work requires.

Right now, I need to create a quieter space of reconnection… one that supports my body, my nervous system, and the kind of intentional life I’m building.

So I’m pressing pause on social media for a bit — not to disappear, but to return to the foundation. To focus on deep work that feels meaningful, nourishing, and real… rather than feeding the content mill.

When I’m ready, I’ll be sharing long-form resources, tools, and offerings from a place of true alignment.

Thank you for being here.
See you soon.

This!

Your body doesn’t heal in urgency.
It heals when it feels safe.

Stillness isn’t doing nothing... it’s giving your nervous system the conditions it needs to repair, rebalance, and restore.

Do you suspect you have adhd? (While this is just for comedic purposes, many women think these are just character traits they have had since childhood, and don’t realize it could be adhd. Talk to your doctor or therapist if you are struggling with time management, attention and forgetfulness- it could be adhd or it could be hormonal, nutrition related etc…)
